Club Night is an essential part of CTTC's strategy.
Each Friday evening the large sports hall at the Sporting Club Cramlington is turned into a sea of around 16 tables where players of all abilities meet and play on up to 16 tables.
Although practice tables are available on Monday and Thursday evenings these nights are devoted largely to League play and the 5 or so practice tables are squeezed into smaller than normal playing areas.
On a Friday evening there is a good amount of room dedicated to each table and adults and younger players are happy to intermingle between tables on a competitive and/or social play basis as they so wish. Help is always on hand for beginners and many of our adult players spend time helping to develop the potential of younger players.
Friday nights are ideal for people wanting to try out the game. You do not have to be a full member to come along to Club night. Guests are always welcome including beginners, visitors to the area, born again table tennis players and members from other clubs who may not have a facility for regular practice. All are welcome.
There is though one essential condition - if you come along to play table tennis at CTTC we insist that you enjoy yourself.
Visitor/guest fees are £3.00 for Adults and £2.50 for Juniors.
