This page will direct you to the various local and national competitions/tournaments that take place. Many of the local competitions take place at the Sporting Club of Cramlington, the home of Cramlington Table Tennis Club.
This year's competition was open to all Cramlington members plus the pupils at the 'satellite' clubs at the schools taking part in the Premier League 4 Sport initiative. There were events for all age groups and a separate competition for those cadets and juniors who are experienced league players. 29 youngsters took part when 60 best of three matches were played. The experienced players were kept separate from the others and had their own competitions. Ryan Richardson was favourite to win the Elite Juniors but he was pushed all the way in the final before claiming the title from Alex Guttridge 15-13 in the third end. The Elite Cadet’s trophy was won by Ellis Cooper who defeated Dean Richardson in the final over three ends. Other winners are as follows :
Junior Boys – Connor Leitch
